Job description

Quality Manager:
This position will develop, manage, enhance, monitor, and provide training for processes associated with the corporate quality assurance program. The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for suppliers, products and providing support to the warehouse and sales team. Also analyzes and recommends corrective action for returned products.

Job Responsibilities:
o Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
o Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 AS6081 Certifications
o Maintains and implements programs, policies, and practices to ensure efficiency in distribution, quality assurance and quality control compliance.
o Manages strategy and approach for all inspection/ audits in compliance with global regulatory agencies and with customers.
o Direct development and implementation of quality systems to ensure product reliability, quality, and compliance.
o Oversee compliance auditing program to fulfill regulatory requirements.
o Communicate significant quality risks or regulatory compliance in a timely manner to the Leadership team.
o Provide training for all managers, account executives on quality control and assurance matters
o Assists in the development of customer specific Quality Program Plans
o Interfaces with customers on quality issues
o Analyzes process, product, and component performances to identify continuous improvement opportunities
o Implements statistical process controls
o Manages, analyzes, and publishes Quality Assurance Performance Reports for assigned projects including defect/root cause analyses and associated corrective actions
o Assists failure analysis efforts on non-conformances and returns implementing appropriate corrective action
Manage a team of 4 people

Job Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills, including managing processes and people
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as an effective team player
* Prior experience in a corporate quality assurance role
* Minimum years of experience: 3 years as quality assurance

Pay: From $75,000.00 to $90,000per year
