This fantastic privately owned Sales and Distribution Company is currently seeking motivated go getters with inside sales experience. Electronics industry is preferred.
This growing business is a distributor of electronic components located in St. Petersburg, Florida and are currently looking for the right candidate who has the ability to follow the lead and close the sale. The position entails aggressive prospecting and calling on companies within the electronics manufacturing sector, with the goal of developing relationships and long standing accounts. This is a base + commission driven position, with a guaranteed $35,000.00/yr. base income plus commission on earned sales. Opportunity for higher pay and advancement and increases exist for proven account representatives. The business provide a clearly defined 3 year plan and offer the potential to earn $100K+. Manage your base of accounts, develop a book of business and increase your income. Developing supplier relationships with electronics manufacturing companies is the key to this position. Heavy Phone skills, attention to details and putting yourself in front of the customer is a must to succeed in this position.

Job Responsibilities and Required Skills:
* HS Diploma at a minimum, College degree preferred
* Clean background check
* Computer literacy required
* MS Office/Outlook skills
* Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
* Database management and Upkeep of customer data logs a top priority
* Comprehensive knowledge of selling strategies and ability to overcome objections to maximize deals
* Effective in a team selling environment
* Professional attitude
* Understands need of keeping proprietary customer information confidential and secure.
* Bi-lingual a plus
* Heavy phone prospecting and networking is needed, cultivating new account leads and managing you own book of business
* Implement strategic sales programs for scheduled orders and on cost savings opportunities
* Can and is willing to meet all job activity requirements for phone time, Customer qualification, requirement entry from customers and customer data management while building lasting relationships to leverage business
